Trigify alternatives before the 22 October shutdown

Trigify shuts down on 22 October 2026 and accounts do not move to HubSpot. To keep finding people who engage with LinkedIn posts, Sluice and PhantomBuster are the closest replacements. Common Room covers social signals at enterprise price. Octolens tracks mentions without contacts. Clay adds job-change signals. Export what you need first.

What is happening to Trigify?

HubSpot hired the Trigify team, announced on 23 September 2026. The standalone platform shuts down on 22 October 2026 at 11:59pm BST. Accounts do not move to HubSpot.

That makes this page different from most "alternatives" pages. Nobody is leaving Trigify over price or features. You have about three weeks to replace a working process, and the risk is losing what you built: the posts and keywords you tracked, the lists you assembled and the knowledge of which signals produced meetings.

What to do this week

  1. Write down your signals. List every creator, post type and keyword you tracked, and note which ones led to replies. This is the part no export will capture well, and it is the most valuable.
  2. Export your leads. Take whatever your account lets you export, as CSV, before the 22nd. Include any notes.
  3. Check your CRM. If Trigify pushed contacts into your CRM, confirm they are there and tagged with where they came from.
  4. Pick a replacement and run it in parallel. Use the same five signals in the new tool for a week and compare who comes back.
  5. Cancel cleanly. Remove any integrations or API keys that pointed at Trigify.

What did Trigify actually do for you?

Trigify found people engaging with LinkedIn posts and other social signals. In practice that is three jobs, and the alternatives split along them:

  • Finding the engagement (who liked or commented on a post, who mentioned a phrase).
  • Turning a name into a contact (who is this, where do they work, what is their work email).
  • Deciding who is worth it (does this person fit what you sell).

If you want all three jobs in one place

Sluice

  • Suits: founders, small sales teams and agencies who used Trigify to find warm people on LinkedIn and want the same from Reddit, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch and Facebook too.
  • How it works: paste a post or search for a phrase of three words or more. Sluice works out who each engager is, scores them 0 to 100 against your customer profile, and links back to where they were found. Each phrase keeps its own record (searches, people found, how many cleared 70), so dead signals can be switched off.
  • Price: Starter $9 a month, Working $39, Agency $149 (as of October 2026). Credits are one cent; a miss is not billed and a bounced email is refunded. Sending only happens through accounts you connect, for messages you approve. See pricing.
  • Weakness: Sluice is new and unproven at large volume, with no public reviews yet. Public-post sources depend on platform access, which can change, and HubSpot is the only CRM integration. Our Sluice vs Trigify page compares the two directly.

If you only need the engager list

PhantomBuster

  • Suits: people comfortable building their own pipeline from raw exports.
  • How it works: extracts the people who engaged with a LinkedIn post, among many other automations.
  • Price: Start $69 a month or $56 billed annually, with 20 execution hours, 5 automation slots and 500 email credits; Grow $159 ($128 annually) (as of October 2026).
  • Weakness: you get names and profiles, then enrich and qualify them yourself. PhantomBuster's own pricing guide says an email credit is consumed per attempt, even when no match is found. See our PhantomBuster alternatives.

If you want signals across the whole account

Common Room

  • Suits: funded teams who want social engagement alongside Bombora intent, job changes, website de-anonymisation and community data.
  • Price: Essential $2,500 a month billed annually, with 5 seats and 100,000 contacts (as of October 2026).
  • Weakness: a $30,000 annual commitment, and no sequencer. A big step up from what most Trigify users paid.

Clay

  • Suits: an operator who wants to combine job changes and company news (Launch) or web intent (Growth) with enrichment.
  • Price: free tier; Launch $167 a month; Growth $446 (as of October 2026).
  • Weakness: its signals are about companies and job moves rather than who engaged with a post, plus a two-currency pricing model and a reported 20 to 40 hour learning curve.

If you only need to know when people talk

Octolens

  • Suits: founders and marketers who want alerts when a keyword appears on Reddit, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Hacker News, GitHub or review sites.
  • Price: Pro $159 a month billed annually, 15,000 mentions, 10 keywords (as of October 2026).
  • Weakness: mentions only. It tells you a conversation happened; it does not find the person's email.

Lemlist intent signals

  • Suits: teams already sending from Lemlist who want signal-triggered campaigns.
  • Price: intent signals add-on $21 to $29 a month per 100 signals, on top of a Lemlist plan from $55 a month annually (as of October 2026).
  • Weakness: priced per signal, and only useful if Lemlist is already your sender.

The decision

If Trigify was your main prospecting source, replace all three jobs, not just the first. Our guide to buying signals that convert explains which engagement is worth chasing and which is noise; take that list into whichever tool you trial before the 22nd.

Questions people ask

When does Trigify shut down?
The standalone Trigify platform shuts down on 22 October 2026 at 11:59pm BST, after HubSpot hired the team (announced 23 September 2026).
Will my Trigify account move to HubSpot?
No. Trigify says accounts do not move to HubSpot. Anything you want to keep needs to be exported before the shutdown.
What is the closest Trigify alternative?
For finding and contacting people who engage with LinkedIn posts, Sluice reads engagers on LinkedIn and seven other platforms, identifies and scores them. PhantomBuster extracts LinkedIn post engagers, but you enrich and score them yourself.
Can I get LinkedIn engagers for free?
You can read them by hand from any public post. Tools save the time of identifying each person, finding a work email and judging whether they fit, which is where the cost goes.
